My thoughts on Orders...kind of get tied up with my thoughts on production.
For the previous two quarters AVBC had sales of roughly $550-600,000 each. These were reportedly due to the agreement with Lyons Magnus. Who, as I understand it are supposed to be bottling for AVBC. Not the sole bottler, but the primary bottler for US production and distribution. I have presumed that the bottler that halted production is LM...but something in the filing is giving me pause.
In the subsequent events section it begins by stating that in MARCH an agreement was made to begin production. Now if that is the LM agreement...where did the sales for the two previous quarters come from? Didn't an agreement already exist prior to MARCH?
If it isn't an LM agreement who is it with and why isn't it an LM agreement?
I admit I was expecting a number greater than $600K sales for this quarter, but not much greater. I'm not sure of much of anything concerning revenue potential or previous revenue sources as regards the water business for AVBC. I am presuming that the product is well received in the locations it has been in (anecdotal evidence suggests this) and that those locations are reordering. I can only hope that the production issue will be resolved before any reorders fail to be filled. The possibility of an additional bottler is encouraging and could be the answer to the US production question.
