There's HUGE risk shorting pennies. If you're short 10,000,000 at .0002 ($2,000), and it spikes to .0010, you owe $10,000.
Plus, your broker requires $2.50 per share in a margin account to protect the broker.... so don't forget to deposit $25 Million in your account first, all so you have a chance for a $1,000 profit.
Shorting pennies looks good at first glance on paper, but not so good in reality.
"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
