Hard to say he lost when Barrick still can't mine Pascua with the Tesoro claim group, in fact Barrick can't mine Pascua at all. It's unfortunate for investors that the BCSC have allowed Silver Wheaton and Barrick to complete a transaction in the financial markets while knowingly ignoring a Chile court order that prevented Barrick ownership of these claims since 2001. So now we get to see the BCSC in a Chilean court.

Great work MSX and the Lopehandia team, Barricks fraud needs to end and thankfully we have you all doing just that.
