Sorry, I couldn't be of more help, but I personally think you're gearing this up for one of your conspiracy theories again. Generally, these transactions are arranged for in a staged, staggered manner and diversified so as to avoid 5% ownership disclosure hassles and limitations.

In all my years, I have never seen 13Ds or Fs filed for an OTC BB, despite hundreds of financings I have been involved with/arranged for over the years. Once again Gary, it would seem you are talking out of school. Wouldn't it be better to ask rather than assume first?
