Because this was filed under the heading "SUBSEQUENT EVENTS" the statement "TO DATE" refers to June 21, 2001,
If you don't believe me ask any professional financial advisor. The "SUBSEQUENT EVENTS" is expressly included for the company to report seminal events that have taken place after the end of the reporting period. Had they not included the "IN APRIL,2001" statement in reference to the start and stop of shipping and production I would have had to conclude that those events also occured after the end of the reporting period. If anyone else cares to comment on the timeframe referrence in a "susequent events" heading please do so.
