The first 6 months are $33 Million because they included only 1 month of Hua Qing in Q1, 2 months of NewHua Sun and Guo Wei in Q2 and none of ZhongNan. Since all the acquisitions were completed and if there is no growth, the annualized revenue will hit at least $183 Million as per 2002 numbers.
Now you talked about 100 Million shares PRIOR to all these acquisitions. It's something else, which would keep us past midnight to scratch the surface. I'm too old for that.
On how they are going to reach the stated goal? They told us many times: by acquisitions, by using shares and cash (if available) and by using the exceptional deal-making ability of Alan. On turning arouns of these subs, they are profitable, why should they be turn around? My wife told me never turn her around whe she is comfi in bed.
Since I'm not Cary Grant or even George Burns, I've given up on this subject.
