Because it is insignificant in the bigger picture of what's going on here. The address was correct when the initial filing with NVSOS was logged, it just hasn't been updated yet.

Personally I'm not hanging on such an infinitesimal detail and concluding the whole operation is a scam. If it's such a huge red flag for you though then I suggest you follow your gut and don't buy the stock.
