NVSOS Registered Agent address is still incorrect. Kate has listed a house she sold months ago as the registered agent address for GEGI. When I brought this up last week several posters indicated they had informed Kate of the error. This incorrect address is very simple to correct yet Kate has not corrected it. It is important the limited information on NVSOS is correct. The registered agent is required to be physically present at the address. If anyone has any information about why Kate has chosen not to correct this incorrect address please post.
