Snackman, two comments, I challenge you to point to a post of mine that try to sell "you" "up or down" on Wave. Second point, you are mistaken if you think this thread is read only by people that have known WAVX for 6 or more years (I have known of WAVX and its dreams since 1988 as I have mentioned before). If all what they see is the homogeneous chant of approval of what management has achieved recently, they will not bother to see that management has spent $250 MM of stockholders equity, with so far, little to show for. Furthermore, these newbies should be informed of both the potential as well as the pitfalls of investing or trading the wave.

As an add on, I don't "know shorting", I simply do not short. People that know me know that. If you want to know were I come from, I hate seeing investors being skinned by the street. I would suggest that you take an hour over the weekend and read some of my posts during the days of the floorless battles (one word I invented because I did not know what else to use<g> as a continuation to my post to alea). You may want to read some of my posts at the beginning of the thread #reply-5368910 on SI. All that work, while rarely investing in any of the companies that had floorless issues. Your complaints and veiled "get lost" pale in face of the showers of cyber abuse endured in those days. My payment for that thankless effort, the numerous PM's from cyberfriends thanking me for saving them a bundle in that or another "disaster du jour".

Oh, and for humor see the real find of the time, the "Floorless convertible" at

http://home.att.net/~dynamogold/sipics/floor1.html

I don't know if, finally, after years of tribulations WAVX will succeed or not, when asked about it as an "Investment" for the long term, I am quite unequivocal, it is neither a "Value orphan stock" nor does it qualify as a "core" issue in my portfolio. Right now, it is an interesting trading stock because of its volatility.

When what seems to be a well organized drive to support a stock, is brought to my attention, I will not acquiesce with muzzling efforts, and simply go and do my normal analysis. With your six years of being married to this stock (obviously, you are sinning the sin of being "in love" with a stock rather than being rational about it), you have lost your ability to be objective, and since so may follow you, a voice like mine pointing to possible flaws in the "model" is not only desired, it is necessary.
