Berrygood, unfortunately in my work life, I am away three nights per week and spend hours reading books and articles on my puter. One fact about doing business in China that I have read again and again, is you can basically throw out a lot of "American" ideas and practices.

I think we are seeing some of this firsthand in the way HRCT is putting together this growing company. In all of my international travels over the years, one attitude has stood me well in foreign situations and one that I have tried to incalculate into my children as well: "Just because it is different, it doesn't mean it is wrong."
