I thought he did, but with a statement that the money on hand is sufficient at least until the first Q of 2004, maybe he think that these things sell themselves and require no service support. If the management had a track record of laying out plans and then executing them, I might accept your point of view, but this management has a history of overpromising and underdelivering.
