I hope INTC pays faster (maybe two weeks after delivery of CD's?), you are right that typically royalties are paid within 45 days of the quarter's end, but in this case, since I believe there is a physical medium going with each mother board (the Embassy's CD?), payments on delivery of these CD might be the "royalties" (or license fees) payments. If not cash flow problems are exasperated.
