Larry, Intel won't use Wave's chip. They will use TPMs from other vendors(Infineon, ATML, NSM). They will use Wave's software. Hope that clears it up.

Use of Wave's chip will be in Embassy hardware deployments targeted at Gov't, etc.. Those were the other deals he was speaking of. Even in that case, wave does not intend to stay in the chip business, they would rather that others built the chips, and they just get a royalty on the design.
