I have signed a number of licensing agreement in my life, typically they have minimum requirements, do we know what are these minimums. All I saw in the release is "...an agreement today with Intel Corporation that will help enable both companies to accelerate the development and deployment of trusted applications and services for safer computing on personal computer platforms. . That is very nice, but it is not a binding commitment, INTC has reneged in the past on binding commitments (and paid the "penalties" associated with such in some instances when said agreement had penalties). It surely is not worded as if INTC acquired a license.
