I would chime in her on the SS. If a reverse split was announced WITH the same decrease to the OS, it would be looked at as a huge POSITIVE.

Many traders have been burned on RS, but only the RS's that keep the same OS, signaling another round of dilution.

An announcement for a RS will a drop to the OS for the purpose of uplisting would make this sucker EXPLODE.

Hell, an announcement of "DEWM reports the repurchase and retirement of 100M" shares would blow the top off this thing.
