Who has made money at the market peak? If you are saying it is note holders, then maybe that is the alternative explanation I am looking for -- retail has less to invest at peaks, so prices will come down given the same level of ongoing conversions...BUT - the problem with that is that it should all even out - unless the note holders are in collusion with each other. Is that a viable option?
