to "paid bashing". What happens when "bashers" show up at a board? The board gurus shoot them down. drown them out. The followers listen

Contrast that with a couple board gurus sending out a few PM's about big news coming out tomorrow.

The bashers spend all day arguing with morons with no effect on the stock price. The gurus (promoters) can multi bag the stock in a day with a good promotion and support from the company with a couple good PR's
