(Reposts) This is the first of MANY near term PRs. Whats not to like about free money for Longs? Interloc has NO VALUE under AMFE. We are undervalued for just the Snakes sub... but all public enties have a value. So dividing it will give us value that is not there currently AND there is the potential for it to run much higher when they announce the acquisitions + Rogers leadership. Its a win/win

Interesting... If there is a big acquisition related to one sub (the little brother), it is better to spin it off and make all of the investments under a separate entity, rather than dilute all 3 subs under AMFE

This should turn out to be a nice bonus for all of us, because as we sit, we are undervalued for just the Snakes sub. GROzone is valued at zero right now, along with Interloc... Our valuation/assets wont drop from removing Interloc

This will allow Interloc to achieve a baseline market value, which will instantly boost all of our accounts. A new stock cant be worth zero right? It will likely be worth millions with Roger heading it, along with a major acquisition... This is $$$ added to our accounts that we would not see otherwise. Nice gift! We rarely focus on Interloc much anyways.

Free $$$ is always welcome and it doesnt take away from the internal resources needed for Snakes and GROzone. Thanks Rog! Savvy

Yep, Roger follows through on all of his claims. IMO he would not take it this far if he did not have a big deal(s) in the bag.

In the last Quarterly PR he said some nice contracts were coming for the Interloc sub this Summer.. but i bet he wants to release all this news under the new ticker, rewarding us big time.

Releasing this news under AMFE, with Snakes and GROzone hogging so much attention, would be less rewarding/exciting. Spinning it off is the savvy thing to do.

Its massive because of what he didnt/cant say. He would not take it this far if he did not have something big lined up... but it makes no sense releasing all of that yet

This is free $$ added to our accounts. Interloc is not even noticed under Snakes/GROzone and it cant be worth zero under its own public ticker... It will be worth millions. Millions that are divided into our accounts, just for being patient.... and the potential to grow via this new acquisition adds to that.
