LOL, The EXACT OPPOSITE !! #AMFE is MUCH STRONGER because of this.

Let me explain, although maybe someone else has already ?!!?

Basically, YOU ARE GETTING X-Shares, FREE... So, say you own 1 million shares in AMFE and they announce everyone will get 20% of the NEW ticker #IKING (or whatever it will be), YOU now own 200K Shares in this NEW public company!!!

This has a two-fold effect.

1-NO ONE will want to SELL because they want FREE shares in a NEW IPO company!!!! AND because Roger dislikes the pinks, AND the Interloc-Kings will probably be merging with a company that generates MILLIONS of dollars in revenues "like Snakes & Lattes", they can start on the OTCQX at a pps STARTING at .25 a share leaving you with $50,000 !?!?!?! All numbers are hypothetical, BUT the math is factual

2-PEOPLE WILL BUY $AMFE because the MORE shares they own in $AMFE, the MORE FREE Interloc-Kings shares they get for FREE, NOW, reference #1 again

Taking BOTH of those KEY pieces into consideration, you come to the following conclusion. NO ONE wants to sell and EVERYONE wants to buy = PPS SKYROCKET IMO.
