People wanting to grow their business or startup, by buying shells on dealstream for 60k-400K in hopes to use the markets to raise money.... having investors make loans to the company so that other investors can trade the stock.
I am not advocating a 7500 reverse, but it seems a reverse of some size would happen when any "real business" would come in. Or why would someone spend thousands on a shell?
