Exactly correct

If company needed to sell shares to get this done

It would have been a non starter

Deep pockets have supported this since 2015 and will continue to do so till settlement

No way shares being used to fund this, that is far fetched as it gets.

Plus it would be visible on L2

L2 don't lie
