Thirdly, many symbols in the "No bid" area or trip-0s are usually labeled with Caveat Emptor. It's a precaution.


Lastly, the reason UOIP was labeled with a Caveat Emptor symbol is because they don't supply filings through many brokers. But if you do your DD, you can easily find their filings.
