AmbitiousDrive. Mike and Sandy are co-founders of TFN... They came up with the idea for the network while sharing a few drinks a couple of years ago. As co-founders, I feel that Sandy and BKMP have a larger percentage of ownership than the 20% we have heard about so far. Makes sense that had prior agreements early on but are limited from exeeding the current 20% because of Canadian law. I suspect that the Preferred shares were issued to correct the present imbalance in ownership and provide BKMP and shareholders with their larger share of the pie.
