there is nothing spinning around my head. YOU are the one soo fast to judge without doing your DD first. i do agree about 24 hour channels having to fill time with something other than fights which is why their programs vary from fights/documentaries/movies/etc.. and they will have a new lineup coming and will be introduced at their 1st year anniversary on sept. 22nd. BKMP owns 20% TFN for now, but many believe that Garrow owns the other 80%. canadian laws prevent further ownership of the company which is why sandy is finding a way to get around it (soon IMO) TFN get involved with BKMP people? i think mike garrow and sandy winnick met sometime ago. garrow proposed the idea to winnick and winnick financed it with bkmp. i might be wrong with that so someone correct me if i am wrong.
the trillions of prf'd shares MIGHT be a complete waste of bandwidth but it is FREE so i CANT understand how people complain about something that is FREE. it was not an accident so until we find out the details with our FREE pfd shares i suggest we stop assuming things. speculate, but dont whine about free shares. we are making our own conclusions but you are just shooting everything positive that is being said about this company IMO. either way, good luck to you.
