I have not seen a suit against Cisco, only the cable companies. I know Cisco tried to argue the patents weren't viable and lost. So, why all the focus on Cisco? They don't seem to be in line for paying a settlement as they are not being sued. This is a dichotomy to me - I don't understand why the focus on Cisco, nor do I see a reason why Cisco would want to buy out UOIP. I've read most of the documents, but maybe I missed something. Anyone?
