The powers that be (i.e., Southridge) seemingly will ensure that the uplist happens for ICNB...imo...as the added liquidity that comes with OCTBB will help the toxic lenders move their discounted shares quicker and at a higher PPS.
I believe therein lies the mystery to why the PPS always closes above a penny since January.
