At .001s its so cheap to get a boat load.
As more get half out at 100%, those shares go into stronger hands looking for the next 100%. The free shares go into an even stronger hold. The float shrinks exponentially.
It turns into a low float monster fast.
I bet the real Free Float is below 250mm.
Mine can be had above a dime.

I have tons of free positions in my account that are dead.
One jumped 1,400% last year out of no where.
