Just my thoughts but I think BIG BUYING will more consistently come in upon PR's that state "done deals" for a specific $$ amount of revenues expected to be filled by this quarter or over 6 months, etc. It's been my experience over many years that this is what most excites buyers. And I'm saying this believing these PR's like what we had today are very important to help solidify a long term shareholder base. I'm very happy to see the momentum going on behind the scenes relating to expected and potential new revenues!! But for immediate share price jumps I still think specific $$ sales PR's will more often move the price quickly than the other types of PR's....but I know others may disagree. And feel free to post your thoughts. I may not respond though as I don't want to bring any new confrontations to the board with multiple back and forth comments that seem to often get more heated with more responses.
