Here are a few details that may help those of you who are still waiting:
PSI and Snakes and Lattes have a schedule for completing all the shipping by June 9th. During fulfillment, batches of labels are printed separately while boxes are being packed. Your label may be printed before your game has been packaged. This is why some of you have a notification of tracking number, but no shipping information. Each day a certain number of packages are actually shipped and they aren’t necessarily sorted by location. Some people in California may get their rewards before others in California. This is not a cause for alarm. Most shipping address files are sorted by backer level, name, or even an arbitrary order number.
If, by June 12th, you have no tracking information or reward, that would be a good time to check back in with us, either on the comments here, or directly to me ([e-mail]). I have an easier time keeping track of requests in email format, so that's generally the best way to get in touch with me. Keep in mind that I'm dealing with a lot of emails at the moment, so it may take me a bit of time to get back to you, but I'm doing my best to keep up and make sure everyone gets a response.
