Here is what will happen:

1) Guaranteed further dilution of shares this fall. With that, there will prpbably be ANOTHER increase in the A/S, because they are right up against the 400MM ceiling. Guess here would be an A/S increase to 600MM.

2) There will be a big rise in the SP this summer on news of FDA and product ship. They will sneak in the dilution at the end of August, under the goodwill of the SP rise. The SP WILL react to the new dilution as it has in the past- SP decline.

3) Everyone holding this stock should not fall in love with this stock. There is money to be made in the next few months, but I would have this stock on a short leash after the run. Think about this for a minute- OWC* has really only diluted their stock by 5-6 million during the same time frame VDRM diluted 175 million (not counting the 33 million in the court case-not their idea). Similar companies and cost requirements- Why does VDRM blow through so much money?
