Dilution occurs when a company issues new stock. The share count at the end of September 2016 was around 200MM shares. It is now 375MM shares. Your holdings, if a shareholder between September 2016 and May 19, have been reduced in value by the increase. On top of that, new investors seeing that, will avoid buying the stock. I think we are seeing some of that in the lack of buying here.
