You do realize why Troy did the 506 also. REASON is because if the Reg would get turned down He would have other option to get money in. Good move on his part to have a back-up plan.


Personally I like the 506 much better that REG. Reg will cause dilution over time. 506 brings in strong credited investors with long hold preferred shares. Usually 1-3 yrs..
