This is very true EB...altho, he didn't seem overly concerned, when asked during several CC's, whether the Reg A investors would be selling right away...I got the impression he's assembled some savvy, forward looking investors that will hold till after asset valuation & IR/PR campaigns bring the price up to at least OTCQB standards. I'm not smart enough to know exactly why he chose the route he did, amongst all the options available...time will tell whether it was the wisest choice.

Reg will cause dilution over time. 506 brings in strong credited investors with long hold preferred shares. Usually 1-3 yrs..
