ANYBODY that files a public record is open to having the filing analyzed. the filer, the file and hypotheses about agendas are public matters. how can you deny that the filer is part and parcel of the file? nobody made you come here to solicit support. correct me if i'm wrong, didn't you tell us that you filed the motion?

i'm extrapolating that the only possible TOS violation would be cross referencing your real name to your ID. you filed the action, and asked questions at the ASMs. therefore, you are subject to discussion. Mr. M. C. is a legitimate matter for discussion. the cross reference to your ID may not be.

Mr. M. C. filed a matter of record, and asked questions in a public forum. that person needs to be discussed. how would anybody know he equated to one Corp_buyer. is corp. buying your vocation?
