CEO's do not dilute, toxic debt and lenders dilute

CEO's cannot sell stock short, or sell stock period, unless they resign and there is a 6 month period before they can sell their shares on open market, if not they go to jail, but if you read the fillings you would know stock issued to CEO's or Board of directors is restricted and some will not be given ownership of the stock unless they work for the company for at least a year or more.

Some cannot sell until 2023 as is restricted, read the fillings, don't try to feed me popcorn, i trade this market since 2000, by no means am i new at this, you have to lose a lot of money to understand this game.
