Dndodd- funny you don't see fubar from analysts e.g. "Hilliard Lyons..downgrade...expect IDCC's 3G licensing efforts with the five remaining unlicensed major manufacturers to take longer than they originally anticipated.." or our largest institutional investor that has voted against management repeatedly due to management's "greed", or ISS for recommending against HC's reelection, or the vast majority of investors that have voted against management's positions year after year, etc.??

You post your pontifications as though you exclusively are qualified to judge the posts of others on this board. If your justification for your posts is to help potential investors coming here for balanced and objective information, then you have done more to hurt them than you will ever understand or admit.
