They have a 10 year exclusive deal with the patent holder, with an option for 10 more years as well as a right to purchase the company at 50% of any bonafide offer.

Where I come from we call that better than owning it.

Also, Rajbir Husson was a seller of shares not a receiver, based on my reading, page 18 and 19 of the S1?
