Please do some more dd. ACOL does not own any patents on the medtainer, they are just the middle man. They have a deal with the owner of the patent for manufacturing and distribution. Also the EZ Health deal looks very iffy. The owner of EZ Health looks like he is a company affiliate who received 300M shares in the S1 filing. All of this is available on their S1 filing.
