Howie--don't you think the announcement from Intel saying Wave's technology would be in selected motherboards in Q4 is evidence of something good? Of course we would all like to know the details, but in this case, the headline is enough to live on for a few weeks.

I don't think the lack of fine print, or further elucidation is a sign of deperation, or that the store was given away. It seems to me like the normal course of business. You give the overview first and the details come later at about the time the rollout begins.

I understand your cynicism and distrust of mgt--I too, have more than a passing acquaintance with the reasons for it. But perhaps it may be time, or nearly time to acknowledge that mgt has actually achieved a major milestone with the biggest gorilla of all.
