"It will take thousands upon thousands of unit sales for ATWT to even begin to become profitable."
mat - all due respect, but where is your data to support that claim?
I doubt you have any whatsoever, because here's my data to disprove it:
if you look at 2005 expenses in the Ibox, you will see expenses plus cost of sales is equal to $265,936.74.
Just the 400 units sold in 2005 was enough to make up more than half of the $265,936.74 in overall costs, to provide ($118,811.97) in net income. Assuming they had sold only 800 units in 2005, the net income would have turned positive, thus ATWEC would then become a profitable company. So, when you say "thousands and thousands," don't you really mean a few hundred?
Now, WHEN we get the news that ATWEC HAS SOLD THOUSANDS OF UNITS on Sep 23 and has LONG TERM CONTRACTS TO SUPPORT PERPETUAL REVENUE STREAMS, I hope you had changed your mind by then and picked up some shares.
Otherwise, as you say, good luck to those who deserve it.
