He never gave any specific dates that I know of. I may have missed an interview/post though. I was referring to the fact that he has been stating "soon" on more than one occasion. What is the definition of soon? I've also heard him say, "We're working on it now" or "It's coming together" and also "Everything is going according to plan." So, no, I can't pinpoint anything that proves he lied to us or broke the law. I do recall reading something about the Aug dates about the halt, etc., but never read/heard this from Rufus (If he stated a date, I apologize, but I did not hear/read that he gave a date himself).

The last interview I heard had several instances where the comp's lawyer tried to not answer or move to the next question, but Rufus went on to answer. I think that interview opened the eyes of the lawyer as to how open Rufus has been on certain issues. This might have something to do with us seeing less of Rufus online.

I agree with you that CSHD can issue the doc to the SEC at their will, and it will be published at that time. I was however, mentioning that they should be getting it ready to the best of their ability (audited and re-audited) for the hands of the SEC.
