EC paid by Debtor's atty is clearly a conflict of interest.

Seems in each oil BK this past year where EC was appointed common still eventually went to zero. Consistent with stakeholder theory, Judge thanks EC for their service in helping structure POR, yet common shareholders left with nothing despite potential fraud, etc. by Debtors.

Why's this one any different, again?
