Kool Aid Man, huge with this outdated information...
Respectfully, that information is outdated. I urge everyone to go by what's filed on OTC Markets for who is truly in control and listed as the CEO of BLDV who is Josh Alper. There is a process that involves FINRA verification of this with what's listed on OTC Markets to be the correct info and such was already verified. Any links stating anything anywhere else is simply outdated.
Also, you will see that Ken Teknus is listed as a Contact as a Consultant, under Company Directors there is Joshua B Alper listed as the Chairman, with Jonathan Alper listed as an Independent Director, and Steven McMorrow listed as an Independent Director too:
Also, Ken Teknus is not the Boogey Man here with BLDV. He is actually the one that jump-started the recovery here for BLDV to get BLDV current. Without him, BLDV would have withered away. Since then, the torch has been passed a time or two to have landed where we're at today with Josh Alper being the CEO of BLDV. I have explained this in numerous posts a while back that should have cleared up any confusion regarding his role here with BLDV. Here are these posts again for future reference:

Also, I am very familiar with what happened over at FRTD as I was a shareholder over there too and I know for a fact that Ken had nothing to do with the demise of FRTD turning out to be negative. He left way before such had transpired of which I explained in the posts/links above. Heck, don't believe me... go look at the court dockets for what had transpired with FRTD.
The Belize operations that you posted regarding BLDV do not exist here anymore with BLDV. That was related to the old BLDV three managements ago. None of that applies here. That blog that you posted about water damage to homes has absolutely nothing to do with BLDV and is purely coincidental. You won't see any of those two pieces mentioned or listed within any of their updated information on OTC Markets because they simply are 100% non-related.
