NOT all reverse stock splits are negative!!! although that maybe the widely held conventional view!

Most of those fearful of a reverse stock split are IMHO totally on empty in their level of due diligence and devoid of the simple basics here:

One only has to look at NWBO's past history (PRE-2013 had TWO Reverse Stock Splits) where the shares AFTER those two reverse stock splits vaulted over a period of two years (2014-2015 to ~$12 )coming from PINK SHEETS to NASDAQ only to be unraveled by shrewd and POWERFUL manipulator network with Phase V that put a wedge into Neil Woodford and his newly self run setup vs Invesco.

The severance and chasm with Woodford thru the latter's self inflictions has been the true cause of this debacle causing the UNHINGING CEO LP's financial playbook along with MFN, delisting to OTC.OB; toxic diluted financings along with causing accelerated convertible payments.

NOT easy to deal with this massively complex financial soap opera with $MIGHT SHENANIGANS from deep pocketed $10 BLN + Manipulator Network (Mike Miilken+with heeled cronies) vs DISRUPTOR's RIGHT hampered by COMPOUNDED SILENCE due to ONGOING LEGAL ISSUES + behind the FDA scenes.

This has been CEO LP's 2nd near financial death experience with NWBO.
Will this be NWBO's final rise From the ASHES to the Phoenix??

This has been the most complex issue I've come across in close to 4 decades of investing as a professional stock analyst at prominent Wall St firms as well as money manager experience.
