Danny: You are right. There is always some uncertainty in regard to any legal action; however, the consensus was that IDCC would win the arbitration. In addition to speculation when the award would be announced, there was also a lot of speculation ( on this board anyway) that there would also be a 3G settlement . The lack of any agreement for 3G could explain some of today's selling.

My point is that there has been a lot of speculative buying and speculative selling surrounding when the SAM award would be announced.
