$SFOR is executing mission plan and WILL GET some of those Multi-Billions too! 
There's no more toxic dilution which was confirmed in the 17Q1, and of course can be verified anytime by emailing the TA and Cc Mr. Kay as well - I've done that many times and ALWAYS get the TRUE OS count!
No dilution + demand for shares = PPS Sky Rockets UP! We are very very very close for this to take place!
