This consolidation period will prove to be very healthy to springboard the next leg up.

Firstly, I do believe the additional 30M shares in the float has caused some of the churning as those shares are absorbed into strong hands. My guess is that most of those shares have been turned over already.

Secondly, just by people's nature they see the stock price at basically an all time high and they get squirmish. This happened this weekend when I told a few folks about this stock. All they did was look at the chart and comment on the all time high blah blah blah. As the chart flattens out more new folks are more likely to get in.

Thirdly, take a look after the last consolidation period during Feb and most of March, the stock basically quadrupled after that from .02 - .08. I expect the same sort of strong move, potentially into the .13-.20 range on the next leg up.

Fourth, penny stocks usually have less interest going into the summer, but AMFE just has too many catalysts I don't believe that will be an issue here. Starting with the May 28th radio show to get the unofficial start of summer kicked off. Then the feature in Organics Matters magazine in early June. Then the lead into the opening of their new flagship location on July 1, I believe there will be tremendous buzz surrounding this opening. Sprinkle in exposure at the Cineplex Rec Room, maybe a night or two with Nintendo. Investor page on S&L website will help.

And these are just events that will give AMFE public awareness, we all know they could announce Grozone sales at anytime as part of RotoGro partnership and/or also other Grozone direct sales.

Then of course before the end of the summer we should get audited financials and uplist.

The consolidation period has been about 2 weeks so far, I would bank on maybe a couple of more weeks, but not much more than that.

I think we are in for a wild summer here!

P.S. I should qualify my outlook noted above in the event there are significant Grozone sales announced. If that happens, I believe the stock will be off to the races and not sure anything could stop it at that point.
