ENTA’s pro forma EV is only $412M.

The calculation is based on the arithmetic in #msg-131344503 and #msg-131344601, and the current share price of $33.31:

EV = ($33.31)x21.4 - $300M = $412M.

The $412M pro forma enterprise value has gone up in the past two months, but it’s still extremely cheap, IMO.
