ENTA’s share count for valuation purposes:

At 3/31/17, ENTA had 19.1M basic shares outstanding (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1177648/000156459017010224/enta-10q_20170331.htm#CONSOLIDATED_BALANCE_SHEETS ) and 2.3M options (ibid, page 12). Hence, there were 21.4M fully-diluted shares using the non-treasury method.
