Gorb. Unless it can be documented, insider ownership is a fallacy with SMMW.

Unless shares are restricted, "insider ownership" is nothing more than retail investors who have shares and may be tempted to dump them first chance they get.

There is no comfort in your comments about insider ownership.

Not even Dan's restricted shares are restricted anymore.
